This Cancellation Policy explains the rules and conditions under which orders may be cancelled.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer
✅ Cancellation Allowed
You may cancel your order:
- Within 12 hours of placing the order, OR
- Before the order status is packed/shipped, whichever is earlier
To request cancellation, contact us immediately with:
- Order ID
- Name
- Registered mobile/email
via email or phone.
❌ Cancellation Not Allowed
Orders cannot be cancelled if:
- The order has already been packed/shipped
- The order is out for delivery
- Tracking ID has been generated
- Products include live plants, seeds, or perishable items already packed
- Custom or bulk orders have been prepared
Such orders will be treated under our Return/Refund Policy (if applicable).
2. How to Request Cancellation

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation is approved:
Prepaid Orders
- Full refund will be issued to the original payment method
- Processed within 5–7 business days
COD Orders
- No charges if cancelled before shipment
4. Cancellation by Jaivik Garden
We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following cases:
- Product out of stock
- Incorrect pricing or technical errors
- Payment failure
- Suspected fraud or misuse
- Bulk/reseller purchases
- Incomplete address
- Delivery not serviceable to your location
If cancelled by us, 100% refund will be provided for prepaid orders.
5. Important Notes
- Refund timelines depend on banks/payment gateways
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
- Refusing delivery is not considered a valid cancellation
- Shipping charges (if any) may be deducted if dispatch has occurred
